My books include:
What is Chronic Pain? – this is a resource guide.
My topic for speaking is called:
The Power in a Voice! It’s those life lessons that help you conquer FEAR. I believe that love and acceptance starts from within. My passion is in helping young girls and women build confidence in themselves, so they can succeed in their relationships and careers. My own struggle has been one of being a single woman in a world that has not always been kind. I have had my own issues with self-esteem and confidence. After living my life lesson, I finally discovered my voice giving me the ability to have self-confidence I had lost. After being bullied in an RV park in 2009 and becoming a counsellor I am now beginning to help girls and women find theirs. It starts from within, digging deep can be difficult but the journey is worth it.
I am also working on a workshop called “Loving Yourself Creates Positive Changes”. This is for teenage girls 12 – 17.
The link is: Empowering Strategies for Teenage Girls 12 – 17
I have also created a workshop for Adults on Getting to the Root of Your Core Beliefs. I will be offering this soon.
I have started a support group on Facebook for those Living with Chronic Pain and Children of Aging Parents. In the Children of Aging Parents, I will be offering an upcoming workshop on Estate Planning, Caregiver Burnout, plus many others in the future. They will be offered online and in the Ladysmith/Nanaimo/Duncan areas.

- “Over the past few years – I had the pleasure of working with Trish Scoular in my capacity as Education Manager with The Canadian Arthritis Society – BC/Yukon Division. Trish was a great asset, helping out at many Island events. Her greatest skill however, was in her capacity as a speaker, facilitating our Chronic Pain Management Program. This 2 hour program, designed for any persons suffering with chronic pain, takes a hands on approach to helping them deal with their pain. The caption being – “if you aren’t busy managing your pain then it will be managing you”. Trish was down to earth in her presentation style, insightful and thereby able to clearly reach her audience”. – Cari Taylor
- “Trish has strong skills in the areas of organization and promotion. She headed up a team that effectively covered the basis of advertising, printing and other responsibilities of a concert promoter. She has a pleasant, professional manner who I believe would be an asset to any working environment”. – Warren Halstrom, Recording Artist
